No, the internal decay resistance of most Electrolytic Capacitors, is such that the “charge” deposited on them would decay in a very short time. (on the order of seconds, or minutes, when under load.
In essence, because of this “resistance”, then the decay value is so short, that it would make the use of them impractical as a temporary storage device between “Sunlight” cycles of 24–36 hours.
