This is a very common topic in battery projects.
Sometimes customers test a product and get different results from the datasheet.
Does it mean someone is wrong?
Not necessarily.
The test result can be affected by many factors:
1. Testing equipment
2. Load condition
3. Output voltage
4. Cut-off voltage
5. Testing method
6. Calculation method
For example, measuring energy output under different conditions can lead to different results.
That is why, before comparing data, it is important to define:
✅ How to test
✅ What equipment to use
✅ What conditions to follow
Clear communication between engineering teams can save a lot of time during product development.
In my experience, many “technical problems” are actually “different testing methods”.
